On January 14, Sughd Region Governor Rajab Akhmadzoda visited the Ayni District and inspected the construction progress of the new metallurgical plant of Talco Gold Closed Joint-Stock Company. This was reported by the regional administration's press service.
During the visit, it was noted that in recent years, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and consistent efforts by the executive authorities of the Sughd Region, the mining industry in the Ayni district has been actively developing. Several large industrial enterprises have been built and commissioned, including Talco Gold CJSC, which occupies a leading position and has achieved significant results in its four years of operation.

It was emphasized that the company's management plans to increase its contribution to the development of the industrial sector by gradually increasing production volumes. According to regional administration representatives, industrial development contributes to the economic growth of the Ainy District, the creation of new jobs, and an improvement in the standard of living.
It is reported that the construction of a new antimony metallurgical plant, designed to process up to 20 thousand tons of raw materials per year, is nearing completion at Talco Gold CJSC.
According to company representatives, all production equipment has been installed by specialists and is ready for operation. The new plant, in addition to the main equipment, will also feature four modern production furnaces that meet international standards, enabling the production of the final product—high-quality antimony.

It is noted that the plant's products are fully export-oriented, which will contribute to increasing the country's export potential and economic development.
Regional Governor Rajab Akhmadzoda gave specific instructions to the management of the Talco Gold joint venture, responsible officials, and the chairman of the Ayni district regarding the timely and high-quality completion of the remaining work, the creation of new jobs, the provision of modern working conditions, and the production of high-quality final products.
