On the night of January 10th of this year, acting on a report, officers from the I. Somoni District Department of Internal Affairs promptly arrived at 95 Rudaki Avenue. This was reported by the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs.
During the investigation, it was discovered that a group of minors had organized a late-night party in the apartment of Bashar Tabarov to celebrate the birthday of a minor named V.B. During this event, in addition to drinking alcohol, the minors made loud noises and grossly disturbed public order and the peace of the neighborhood. During the search, two knives were found and confiscated from the minors.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the apartment owner, Tabarov B., and the court sentenced him to administrative arrest for a period of five days.

During the investigation, it was also established that minors had purchased alcoholic beverages and tobacco products at the "Tim" store. Administrative reports were filed against Navruz Kosimov, an employee of the store, for selling alcohol and tobacco products to minors under Articles 463 (Note 2) and 464 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In addition, administrative protocols were drawn up against the minor V.B. for violating the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Regulation of Traditions, Celebrations and Rituals" in accordance with Article 481 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as against the parents of minors under Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan, which were sent to the court for appropriate action.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that this incident once again demonstrates that some parents neglect their children and are irresponsible in their upbringing and education. It emphasizes that such parental indifference can lead to unlawful and criminal acts by adolescents. Therefore, citizens, especially parents, are strongly urged to take a fully responsible approach to the future, upbringing, and education of their children.
