Employees of the Passport Office of Department 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Isfara have organized their activities to provide citizens with passports in a timely manner within the deadlines established by law and strive to ensure that the population is aware of the rules of the passport system, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan reports.
To this end, schools are conducting outreach activities and organizing passport presentation ceremonies for students, which are being implemented jointly with representatives of the Isfara City Education Department.
On December 25, 2025, a large group of high school students were ceremoniously presented with passports at Isfara General Education Institution No. 57. Speaking at the event, Police Major Faizullo Naimzoda, Head of the Passport and Registration Service of Department 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Isfara, emphasized that, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, any person who has reached the age of 16 is required to have a primary identification document. Receiving a passport not only confirms adulthood but also confirms full legal capacity and citizenship.
During the event, speakers focused on passport system regulations, passport safety, and proper use. Following this, passports were presented to 22 students in a ceremonial ceremony.






It should be noted that the passport and registration service of Department 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Isfara provides well-organized services to citizens, and the requirements of each applicant are met daily at the required level within the framework of the law.
