On December 17, 2025, a working meeting between representatives of the Representative Office of the Republic of Tajikistan and migrant workers—citizens of Tajikistan working in the Russian Federation—was held in Podolsk, Moscow Region. The event, held at the Dubrovsky Trading House, aimed at increasing the legal literacy of migrant workers and fostering constructive dialogue, according to the Representative Office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, participants were given a detailed explanation of the need to strictly adhere to the immigration laws of the host country, fulfill labor-related requirements, and ensure mandatory compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, safety rules, and workplace safety precautions. Particular attention was paid to preventing migrant workers from becoming involved in destructive and illegal groups, as well as the importance of conscientious and law-abiding behavior in society.



The event also discussed promoting a healthy lifestyle as an important factor in maintaining physical and mental health, improving productivity, and ensuring sustainable family well-being. Participants were provided with essential recommendations for developing a responsible attitude toward their own health and social environment.



At the end of the meeting, migrant workers had the opportunity to ask questions of the Representative Office staff and receive expert answers and legal advice. The event was held in an atmosphere of openness, mutual respect, friendliness, and effective information exchange, fostering trust and understanding between the parties.
