In Dushanbe, Tajikistan's Minister of Labor, Migration, and Employment, Soleh Kholmahmadzoda, met with Winfried Ellwanger and Qurbani Monasser Farah, representatives of TELC GmbH. The meeting discussed the importance of cooperation in vocational education and German language learning, according to the Ministry of Labor, Migration, and Employment.
During the talks, the parties noted the importance of joint work in assessing knowledge and training specialists who meet the requirements of the German labor market. It was emphasized that cooperation between Tajikistan and Germany in the field of labor and vocational education is expanding year after year, and the contribution of German partners, including the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association (dvv international), the branch of the German Caritas Association in Tajikistan, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), and the German Savings Banks Foundation for International Cooperation (German Sparkassenstiftung), is significant for the development of the labor market, the enhancement of professional skills, and support for migrants and entrepreneurial initiatives.
The meeting also emphasized that the new collaboration with TELC GmbH will create additional opportunities to enhance knowledge, develop professional skills, and enhance the competitiveness of Tajik citizens in the international labor market. The parties noted that this initiative will strengthen the foundation of friendly relations, mutual trust, and sustainable cooperation between Tajikistan and Germany.
