The Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan held a meeting between agency officials and representatives of the country's business associations and unions, according to the Agency's press center.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues of supporting entrepreneurship and improving the investment climate in the republic, expanding measures to combat corruption in trade and private business, as well as existing problems and ways to solve them.
During the event, the parties discussed modern corporate governance methods, business integrity issues, and opportunities for cooperation to reduce corruption in the private sector. Particular attention was paid to the role of public organizations in implementing state anti-corruption policies.
The event was held in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect. Participants presented concrete proposals for expanding cooperation with industry organizations and addressing existing challenges in the business sector.
