A three-day educational seminar, "Capacity Building for Administrators," is being held in Dushanbe under the auspices of FIFA. The seminar aims to develop the professional competencies of women working in football administration in Tajikistan, reports the FFT.
The seminar program brings together representatives of women's football from various regions of the country who are actively involved in the development and promotion of women's football programs.
The seminar's instructor is FIFA expert Natalia Ceban from Moldova, who has extensive experience in sports management and women's football. During the seminar, she will conduct interactive sessions on organizational skills, effective management, communication, project development planning, and the creation of sustainable programs for the growth of women's football.
Alisher Urunov, Vice President of the Tajikistan Football Federation, attended the opening of the event and emphasized the importance of FIFA's initiative and the contribution of this training format to strengthening the position of women in the Tajik football community.
