Orif Partoev, a Russian language teacher from School No. 24 in the village of Dzherbulok, Temurmalik district, Khatlon region, received a car as a gift.
For 18 years, Orif Partoyev walked the 8 kilometers from the center of the Temurmalik district to school every day to teach and educate the younger generation. The road to school is difficult to navigate, but this didn't stop the teacher, who showed care and attention to each of his students.
According to the press secretary of the Khatlon region chairman, Jahongirshokhi Rustamshok, Orif Partoev was awarded a car for his zeal for teaching and dedication.
The car was presented to the teacher by the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko during their visit to the State Institution of Secondary General Education "Secondary School named after Yuri Gagarin" in Dushanbe.
According to the press secretary, the attention paid to the teacher's work and the appreciation of his accomplishments played a significant role in the decision to present the gift. Orif Partoev was previously awarded the "Excellent Worker in Education and Science" badge by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Deputy Prime Minister of the country.
It is noted that journalist and tourism blogger Sherali Davlatov also played a significant role in assessing the teacher's meritorious work, preparing a special report on the teacher's difficult and dedicated work.
