In Seoul, Khurshed Mirzo, Director of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Hong Seok-hwa, Vice President of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), discussed the construction project of the IT Hub Dushanbe complex. This was reported by the press service of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies.
The main topic of the meeting was the creation of a modern technology complex in Dushanbe, which will provide modern infrastructure and favorable conditions for technology companies, startups, and entrepreneurs. The project's implementation, it is noted, will contribute to the development of the digital economy, unlocking the innovative potential of young people, and the country's sustainable digital progress.
To implement the project, the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of Tajikistan and the Korea International Cooperation Agency signed a cooperation agreement. The document reflects the parties' shared interest in strengthening technological partnerships and promoting comprehensive development through innovation.
Khurshed Mirzo emphasized that "the creation of the IT Hub Dushanbe Center will become the foundation of Tajikistan's innovation ecosystem—a place where local and international talent meet, where ideas are brought to life, and where digital development opens up new opportunities."
It is noted that the IT Hub Dushanbe center is not only an infrastructure project, but also a symbol of Tajikistan's transition to a new stage of digital transformation aimed at developing a culture of startups, entrepreneurship, and sustainable economic modernization.
