The National Telecom Awards Tajikistan 2025 will be held in December in Dushanbe. This was reported to NIAT Khovar by the Communications Service of Tajikistan under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
To ensure the competition was held at a high level, the Organizing Committee met with the Head of the Communications Service, Isfandiyor Sadullo. Organizational matters were discussed and it was noted that the award will be held annually among mobile operators and internet providers. The main goal of the competition is to stimulate the development of the speed and quality of communications services in the country.
The organizing committee will be comprised of representatives of the Communications Service, the Association of Mobile Operators, the Association of Internet Providers, operator companies, and independent experts. The jury will include representatives of neutral organizations and independent experts.
The award will be presented in 15 categories and nominations. Judging criteria include quality of service and customer support, value for money, technical and infrastructural innovation, social significance, economic and social responsibility, and recognition from experts and customers.
Participants will be evaluated using CATI (customer satisfaction and loyalty telephone surveys), Mystery Shopping (a mystery shopper for evaluating customer service at points of sale), OOKLA Speedtest Intelligence (analysis of internet speed, coverage, and quality), and DMTEL (technical analysis of mobile networks and compliance with ETSI standards). After the jury approves and analyzes the results, the competition results will be announced, and the winners will receive awards at the awards ceremony.
