Trump called the meeting with Putin very productive, but without a final agreement.

US President Donald Trump called the talks with Russia constructive, but emphasized that work remains on a number of issues, Interfax reports.

"I think we had a very productive meeting: we came to agreement on many issues," Trump said after talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Anchorage.

According to him, “although there are a couple of major topics on which we have not yet reached final agreement, we are already making progress.”

However, there is no final agreement yet, Trump noted.
