Tajikistan's Emergency Situations Committee and ADB discussed joint programs to eliminate the consequences of natural disasters.

On August 19, a meeting between representatives of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and representatives of the Asian Development Bank in Tajikistan took place in Dushanbe, the Committee's press center reported.

During the meeting, the parties discussed joint programs aimed at eliminating the consequences of natural disasters in Tajikistan's regions, as well as issues related to the development of bilateral cooperation with the Asian Development Bank.
