Today, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan held a training session on the process of creating electronic documents and using electronic signatures. Representatives of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as employees of the ministry's central office and its subordinate agencies, participated in the event, according to the press service of the Ministry of Health.
During the session, participants received a detailed explanation of the need to transition to a digital healthcare system, the process for generating electronic documents, and the procedure for signing them using an electronic signature. Representatives of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies described the practical steps for implementing this initiative, as well as the specifics of introducing electronic document management into the ministry's daily work.
Particular attention was paid to the role of digitalization in improving the efficiency of government agencies and accelerating information exchange between various healthcare system structures. Session participants received recommendations on the practical use of electronic documents and the application of modern technologies in administrative activities.
It is noted that the implementation of this initiative is being carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Leader of the Nation, the esteemed Emomali Rahmon, aimed at digitalizing public administration and introducing electronic document management in government bodies.
