From September 15 to 25, 2025, simulated operations "Seat Belt" and "Scooter" were conducted in Dushanbe. The events were organized by the Dushanbe Ministry of Internal Affairs' traffic police to monitor compliance with traffic regulations and improve road safety, according to the Dushanbe Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the raids, special attention was paid to the mandatory use of seat belts by drivers and passengers, as well as compliance with the rules for operating motorcycles and electric scooters.
Following the measures taken, administrative protocols were drawn up against 1,250 individuals who violated the mandatory use of seat belts under Article 333 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.
