On October 4, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda met with Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation Andrei Nazarov, who was in Tajikistan on a working visit, NIAT Khovar reports.
During the meeting, the current state and prospects of cooperation between Tajikistan and Bashkortostan in various areas, including energy, industry, agriculture, transport, education, and culture, were discussed.
More attention was paid to the creation of joint industrial enterprises.
The parties assessed the meetings and negotiations as a continuation of the constructive policies of the heads of state, aimed at strengthening and elevating to a new level the alliance and strategic partnership between Tajikistan and Russia.
A substantive exchange of views also took place on other issues of mutual interest.
