The Dushanbe Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that respectful and polite behavior by taxi drivers, especially when serving foreign tourists, is essential for fostering a positive image of the country.
"We urge all taxi drivers to demonstrate courtesy, respect, and a high level of service when interacting with passengers, especially foreign guests. Disturbing the peace and aggressive behavior are unacceptable and will be dealt with according to the law," the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs said in a statement.
