The international conference AI Conf will be held in the capital of Tajikistan, where key national projects in the field of artificial intelligence will be presented, according to the event's organizing committee.
The conference's key projects include the SoroLLM language model with 27 billion parameters, trained on Tajik data; the darya.ai eco-friendly cluster, which will use renewable hydropower with a capacity of up to 1 GW by 2030; and Area AI , the region's first AI Free Zone with an academy and research labs, offering 25 years of tax and customs benefits, as well as unique legal conditions for self-regulation in the field of artificial intelligence.
The conference program includes keynote speeches and panel discussions on the application of artificial intelligence in education, public administration, business, and sustainable development. Speakers include Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda, Minister of Industry and New Technologies Sherali Kabir, founder of zypl.ai, and international experts from the United States, France, and the United Arab Emirates.
Special attention will be given to personnel training. The conference will feature the presentation of an initiative to integrate artificial intelligence into school curricula, which will reach over 4,000 schools and approximately 2 million students by 2028.
AI Conf is expected to feature the signing of strategic agreements with international companies and research centers, as well as the presentation of new projects within Tajikistan's AI ecosystem.
