Aziz Nazar, Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, met with Martin Frölich, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, at the International Engineering Industry Fair in Brno, Czech Republic. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan.
During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation in a number of key sectors of mutual interest. In particular, attention was paid to developing partnerships in mechanical engineering, chemicals, textiles, and food industries, as well as mineral processing and metal production.
The meeting participants paid special attention to the exchange of advanced production technologies, increasing investment activity, and implementing joint industrial projects.
In addition, as part of the visit, a working meeting of the Permanent Interdepartmental Working Group between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Czech Republic on industrial and economic cooperation was held with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
The meeting reviewed the implementation of the points in the previous minutes of the working group meetings, discussed new proposals for developing industrial cooperation, and identified areas for further strengthening the partnership between the two countries.
