Sayyed Jabborov: challenge accepted!
For the head of the department for implementing changes in business systems, Sayed Jabborov, and his team, the more serious the challenge, the more interesting the work. Sayed took over the department just when they had to quickly develop and launch a more advanced version of the MegaFon Life mobile application. No one in Tajik telecom had ever created a Super App with so many functions on their own. And here, the goal is ambitious, and the manager is new… However, Sayed managed to unite his employees and successfully implement this large-scale project. Thus, thanks to the coordinated work of teams from several divisions of the companies, including the information and billing system (IBS) service, subscribers now have a convenient super application.
Another reason to be proud is the curatorial assistance to the khorog.tech team at the Digital Future Cup competition. At that time, students from the best technical universities were asked to create prototypes of digital government services. Under Sayod's patronage, the guys developed the Electronic Medical Record project. It not only won the competition, but also entered the top 100 of the Google Solution Challenge 2023.
Sayed's team is also involved in the launch of the tariff plan "Get Connected! Create Life". And again – something that no one in Tajik telecom has done before: a tariff-constructor, where you can "assemble" a package of the required number of minutes, megabytes and SMS. For two years now, it has no analogues on the market and remains the flagship product of the company "MegaFon Tajikistan".

Marufjon Sobirdzhonov: trust the passionate!
The head of the backend development department, Marufdzhon Sobirdzhonov, also took part in the launch of the updated MegaFon Life. At that time, he did not have much experience working on such projects. But the company's management saw his desire to step out of his comfort zone and do something new and unusual.
Marufjon has fully justified this trust. The small team responsible for backend development managed to create a stable, flexible and scalable architecture. Simply put, the super app has become more convenient and intuitive for users. And digital services have become more accessible to subscribers who solve everyday problems using smartphones. These are the results that bring Marufjon special pleasure.
Azamdzhon Dzhonov: I am responsible for the result!
Azamdzhon Dzhonov, Head of IT Infrastructure, Service Platforms and Roaming, came to MegaFon Tajikistan as a student to complete his pre-graduation internship. The first years of work were a time of intensive training, because many technical systems used in telecom are not taught at universities. And the projects were serious. For example, Azamdzhon participated in replacing a switch in Dushanbe. Then he successfully managed the launch of a new switch in Bokhtar – this is a very high level of responsibility. You can imagine what kind of school he managed to go through in a matter of years!
For ten years now, Azamdzhon has been involved in launching additional services. For example, it is becoming increasingly convenient and profitable for MegaFon Tajikistan subscribers to communicate in roaming. This is happening, among other things, thanks to Azamdzhon Dzhonov's team. Over the past few years, more than ten important platforms have been launched under his leadership.
