The Asian Football Confederation has approved the countries that will host the 2026 AFC Asian Cup qualifying tournament matches among women's junior teams under 17 years old, the FFT reports.
The qualifying round matches will be held in eight countries: Tajikistan, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Twenty-seven teams will take part in the qualifying round of the 2026 Asian Cup among women's junior teams under 17 years old. Based on the results of the draw, eight groups will be formed: three groups will consist of four teams and five groups will consist of three teams.
The 2026 Asian Cup qualifying tournament among women's junior teams under 17 years old will be held from October 13 to 17. The women's junior team of Tajikistan will find out its group opponents later.
