Today in Dushanbe, a meeting was held between the Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Khabibullo Nazarzoda, and the Minister of Economic Development and Tourism, Chairman of the General Authority of Civil Aviation of the United Arab Emirates, Abdullah bin Tawq Al-Marri, NIAT Khovar reports.

At the beginning of the negotiations, the Tajik side emphasized that under the leadership and thanks to the constant attention of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, the civil aviation sector has achieved significant success, and the necessary measures are being taken to increase the number of air routes and improve the quality of aviation services.
During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, especially in the field of civil aviation, with the aim of developing economic cooperation and expanding the tourism sector.
In particular, the parties discussed the issue of opening the Dushanbe-Sharjah and Dushanbe-Abu Dhabi routes.
