In the capital of Tajikistan, over the past two days, officers of local police units have identified six violations of the law in the sphere of holding celebrations and ceremonies. This was reported by the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Dushanbe.
According to the agency, despite regular explanatory work and warnings, individual citizens continue to be wasteful when organizing family events, violating the norms of the law “On the regulation of traditions, celebrations and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan.”
“These violations directly affect the economic situation of the citizens themselves, undermining the stability of the family budget,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
For all the facts revealed, the police officers drew up administrative reports under Article 481 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan. The materials were transferred to the courts for further consideration and adoption of measures provided by law.
Law enforcement agencies strongly recommend that citizens strictly comply with the current legislation, thereby preventing unnecessary expenses and promoting the financial stability of the family.
