In order to intensify explanatory work, prevent road accidents and increase the level of knowledge of the Rules of the Road among minors, the III Interstate Meeting of Young Traffic Inspectors of the CIS Member States will be held in the city of Guliston, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan reports.
The competition, which will take place from July 15 to 20, will involve 7 teams of young traffic inspectors from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
The opening of the competition is scheduled for July 16, 2025, in the Kokhi Rudaki Hall in Khujand. The ceremony will be attended by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan, Major General of Police Akbar Giyos Nasimzoda, Head of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Mirali Abdurahmonzoda, representatives of other organizations, institutions and the media.
The teams will compete in the following nominations: "Drill Review", "Traffic Rules Experts", "Safety Wheel", "Young Traffic Controller", "Our Team", "Propaganda Team", "Information Stands", "Propaganda Among Peers".
The competition will be an important step in fostering responsibility among young people and ensuring road safety.
