On July 11, during his working visit to the Ayni district, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon remotely launched the construction of a number of facilities for various purposes, planned as part of preparations for the 35th anniversary of State independence, and also commissioned three industrial enterprises, the press service of the head of state reported.

During this ceremony, Emomali Rahmon also officially launched the activities of two general education institutions, six kindergartens and one district medical institution located in the villages of Zosun, Khayrobod, Vahdatobod, Kazdon, Anzob and Fondaryo.

One of the commissioned facilities is a joint venture for the extraction of minerals – Limited Liability Company "ARB Minerals GROUP". The enterprise's activities are aimed at the complete processing of antimony using environmentally friendly technologies and minimal energy consumption.

During the familiarization, the President was informed that the enterprise was created with the participation of domestic and foreign investors, taking into account the goals of the Government of the country for accelerated industrialization. At the first stage, 35 people were employed here, who were provided with decent wages.

The plant's production capacity at the first stage allows for processing up to 10 tons of antimony per day into final products, and at the second stage – up to 100 tons per day. In the future, it is also planned to process precious metals such as gold, mercury and others.

All installed technical means and equipment are of the latest generation, energy efficient and highly productive. The manufactured products, such as antimony trioxide with a content of 63% and metallic antimony with a purity of 99.65%, meet international standards, with the possibility of extracting associated metals such as gold and mercury.

ARB Minerals GROUP LLC carries out its activities in three stages: primary enrichment, production of antimony trioxide, smelting and obtaining pure antimony.

The President of the country familiarized himself with the activities of the enterprise and highly praised the initiative and work of the entrepreneurs, noting that the opening of the industrial facility is another achievement on the path to industrialization of the country.

The initiators of the project expressed gratitude to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for supporting entrepreneurship and declared their readiness to further contribute to the prosperity of the Motherland.

On the same day, the Head of State remotely launched the work of two other industrial enterprises – OJSC Angishti Takht and the second stage of the activities of LLC TBEA Dushanbe Sanoati Kuhi.

The enterprise OJSC "Angishti Takht", located in the rural jamoat of Fondaryo, was created taking into account modern requirements and specializes in coal processing. It was created for the purpose of rational use of Tajikistan's rich natural resources. The enterprise is expected to produce up to 90 thousand tons of coal per year, and geological exploration work will be carried out by domestic specialists.

The enterprise has a modern laboratory with a new generation installation, where the quality of coal, humidity, heat transfer, ash and sulfur content are determined, which is one of the advantages of the coal deposit of OJSC "Angishti Takht".

Each batch of products that goes on sale undergoes mandatory laboratory testing. It should be noted that 70 units of modern specialized equipment are involved in the coal mining process, and in total, the enterprise has created permanent jobs for 250 people.

The head of state, having familiarized himself with the activities of the enterprise, highly appreciated the work done and expressed gratitude to the initiators for coordinating efforts and supporting state programs.

The second stage of the activities of TBEA Dushanbe Sanoati Kuhi LLC is aimed at the extraction and processing of ore minerals. Construction and installation works for this stage began in 2024, the facility was commissioned on time with high quality.

The total area of the enterprise is 6,500 square meters, and the production capacity for the release and processing of gold-containing concentrate is 4,500 tons per day. The facility has a special control room, most of the production processes are automated.

With the commissioning of the new production building, 300 people were employed, who completed retraining courses with the participation of professional specialists in the field of geology.

The President of Tajikistan called the opening of such a large industrial enterprise an effective step towards realizing the goals of the country's government in the area of accelerated industrialization.

It is noted that the enterprise mainly employs local specialists. Most production processes, including the extraction of minerals and the provision of raw materials in hard-to-reach relief areas, are carried out by domestic specialists and geologists, which is one of the main achievements of this industrial facility.

According to available data, with the commissioning of new enterprises, a total of 595 jobs with decent wages have been created.

The head of state gave specific instructions and recommendations to responsible persons to increase production potential, improve product quality and attract domestic specialists.

As part of his working visit to the Aininsky District, the President of the country also opened 6 preschool educational institutions and 2 comprehensive schools remotely.

The preschool institution "Parastu" in the village of Zosun, designed for 80 children, was built taking into account the constant attention and care of the head of state Emomali Rahmon to the education system, as well as with the support of local entrepreneurs. The population of the village is 3,520 people. The institution is fully provided with bedding, furniture and other necessary equipment through funding from the Executive Authority of the district.

Preschool institution No. 8 in the village of Kazdon, Shamtuch jamoat, called "Durakhshon", was opened within the framework of the educational policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan with the assistance of local executive authorities and with the financial support of the population. The kindergarten is organized on the basis of the renovated building of the former secondary comprehensive school No. 48.

The institution consists of 8 rooms, a hall and a dining room, fully complies with sanitary and educational requirements, designed for 80 children. The interior design of the building and the playground are made at a high level, provided with sleeping places, furniture and visual educational and developmental accessories that meet the age characteristics and interests of children. The building is built according to a modern and aesthetic design, its territory is landscaped, decorated with flowers and trees, which gives additional attractiveness to the village of Kazdon.

It should be recalled that in November 2023, as part of Emomali Rahmon's working visit to the Sughd region, a new building of secondary comprehensive school No. 48 was put into operation in the village of Kazdon. The two-story school is designed to teach 320 students in one shift. Previously, this village did not have favorable conditions and opportunities for full-fledged education and upbringing of students.

Repair and reconstruction of rural roads and streets, construction of a bridge, concreting of ditches and drains, installation of lighting in populated areas – all this is a collective work, carried out with the active participation and contribution of all residents of the village.

A new modern kindergarten "Oriyono" for 80 children was put into operation in the village of Anzob. It is noted that 1829 people live in this village. The institution is a two-story building, fully equipped with the necessary equipment, which will contribute to the formation of a sense of patriotism in the younger generation.

The kindergarten children were presented with gifts on behalf of the head of state, handed over by representatives of the country's government.

On the same day, secondary comprehensive school No. 52 in the village of Khayrobod, designed for 138 students, was put into operation.

It was reported that the school building was constructed on the initiative of local entrepreneurs as part of improvement activities. The school includes 8 classrooms and 3 workrooms.

Residents of the Ayni district expressed sincere gratitude to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon for the created conditions and provision of jobs to the population.
