Turkish Airlines has increased the number of weekly flights between Istanbul and Dushanbe airports from three to five, the airline's press service reported .
According to the updated schedule, additional flights will be operated on Tuesdays and Saturdays, which will expand the options for passengers in choosing a convenient flight time. Ticket sales for the new flights are already open, and the first flights according to the updated schedule will begin in August of this year.
The increase in flight frequency reflects the growing demand for air travel between Turkey and Tajikistan and helps strengthen economic, tourism and cultural ties between the two countries.
Previously, Turkish Airlines operated three flights a week on the Istanbul-Dushanbe route, now passengers will be able to take advantage of a more convenient and flexible schedule.
