On Tuesday, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, held a working meeting with the heads of law enforcement agencies and security forces of the country. This was reported by the press service of the head of state.
During the meeting, current issues related to ensuring public safety, stability and law and order in the republic were considered. The President analyzed the current situation in the country and gave a number of specific instructions to the heads of law enforcement agencies.
In particular, Emomali Rahmon emphasized the need to strengthen measures to protect public safety, ensure the rule of law and discipline, constant combat readiness of the Armed Forces and other security agencies, as well as compliance with military regulations and standards of service training.
The head of state particularly emphasized the importance of improving the quality of training of personnel in the system of law enforcement agencies and security agencies, as well as strengthening interaction between the relevant structures to effectively counter challenges and threats.
