Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan Soleh Kholmahmadzoda, as part of her participation in the XVI International Economic Forum "Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum", held a working meeting with the Director of the Department for Work with CIS Countries of the Employment Center of the city of Kazan Irina Polubareva. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry.
As noted, during the meeting, an introduction to the center's activities also took place. Irina Polubareva presented in detail the institution's areas of work, including assistance to citizens in finding suitable work, career guidance, organization of vocational and additional vocational training, as well as providing psychological support to the unemployed.


According to Polubareva, the center pays special attention to working with young people, citizens experiencing difficulties in finding employment, and disabled people. Separately, work is carried out to organize temporary employment for minors aged 14 to 18, as well as assistance to graduates of secondary vocational and higher educational institutions who are looking for work during the first year after graduation.
Soleh Kholmahmadzoda expressed interest in expanding and strengthening bilateral cooperation in order to increase the effectiveness of the organized direction of Tajik labor migrants to the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Tatarstan. The parties discussed the prospects for implementing joint programs for the professional training and retraining of Tajik citizens with subsequent employment in Tatarstan.
During the negotiations, new areas of cooperation were also discussed, including the exchange of experience in the field of employment organization, the introduction of modern approaches to supporting labor migrants, as well as issues of social adaptation and legal support for citizens of Tajikistan in Tatarstan.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed mutual readiness to deepen cooperation and develop bilateral ties in the area of employment and migration.
