Employees of the Department of Internal Affairs No. 2 of the Sino district of Dushanbe prevented an attempt at group hooliganism among underage schoolchildren. This was reported by the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Dushanbe.
According to operational information, on May 6 of this year, two groups of students gathered near comprehensive school No. 86 in the Sino district, intending to enter into a conflict due to a verbal misunderstanding. The police officers who arrived at the scene promptly identified all participants in the incident and prevented the violation of public order.



The offenders were taken to the police department, where administrative protocols were drawn up against the parents of the five minors under Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan – “Failure to fulfill duties to raise minors.”
The staff of the Department for the Prevention of Juvenile and Youth Delinquency conducted explanatory talks with the students themselves, aimed at developing legal awareness and preventing repeated offenses.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that such preventive measures play an important role in ensuring public order, educating young people and preventing crime among minors.
