The best were chosen in Khatlon region: the winners of the “Best Family” competition were named

The regional stage of the Republican competition "Best Family" has ended in the Khatlon region of Tajikistan, in which 25 families from various cities and districts of the region took part. This was reported on Wednesday by "Khovar" with reference to the Department for Women and Family Affairs under the Executive Authority of State Authority of the Khatlon region.

According to the results of the competition, first place was awarded to the family of Abdulkhay Sattorov from the Yavan district, second place was taken by the family of Amirkhon Saidzoda from the Khovaling district, and third place was taken by the family of Makhmadaly Bakhodiyev from the Khuroson district.

As the organizers noted, the competition is aimed at strengthening the institution of the family, forming healthy moral values, and increasing social responsibility in society. The event is held in three stages – district, regional and national – and is annually organized by the Committee for Women and Family Affairs under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in April and May.

"Family is the foundation of morality, culture and stability of society. The development of the state is directly connected with the mental and moral health of the family," the representatives of the organizers emphasized.

The winners and active participants of the competition were awarded letters of gratitude, diplomas and memorable gifts.
