The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has carried out a series of personnel changes in a number of key ministries, departments and security agencies. This was reported by the press service of the head of state.
According to the signed decree, Karimzoda Mukhiddin was appointed commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Tajikistan, and Mirzozoda Salomatsho – deputy commander of the Border Troops. In addition, Kholmohamadzoda Sorbon became director of the Agency for State Energy Control under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Murodalizoda Daler – deputy chairman of the National Bank of the country.
A number of appointments were also made by decrees of the Government of the Republic. Thus, Abdurahmonzoda Inoyatullo was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense for Logistics, Rakhmon Islamiddin headed the Agency for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Trade Inspection, and Rajabzoda Khaidarali became the head of the Antimonopoly Service.
Serious personnel changes affected the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment: Karimzoda Nasimjon was approved as the first deputy minister, Norzoda Sharif and Ashuralizoda Abdurakhmon were appointed deputy ministers.






Olimzoda Zohir became the first deputy chairman of the Committee on Television and Radio, Kurbonzoda Usmonali became the first deputy director of the Agency for Social Insurance and Pensions, and Sattorzoda Bobojon became the rector of the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics.
The President also approved new candidates for the heads of the National Translation Center under the Committee on Language and Terminology, as well as the administrations of the free economic zones "Ishkashim" and "Dangara". In all cases, young, trained and experienced specialists were appointed.
During the personnel rotation, the General Director of Dushanbe International Airport OJSC Abdullozoda Ismatullo and his deputies were dismissed from their positions. Sharifzoda Z.M. was appointed General Director of Dushanbe International Airport OJSC.
In a conversation with the appointed persons, Emomali Rahmon emphasized the need for strict adherence to service discipline, increasing the level of combat readiness, studying international languages, mastering modern technology and selflessly serving the Motherland. Particular attention was paid to the issues of rational use of electricity, preventing its illegal consumption and reducing technical losses.
The President called for stricter control over the work of all subordinate structures and noted that when selecting personnel, especially in control and supervisory bodies, priority should be given to the level of professionalism, knowledge and personal responsibility.
