In the first half of 2026, applicants paid 1.43 million somoni in advance state fees for claims and complaints filed with Tajikistan's economic courts. This was announced today at a press conference summarizing the first half of the year's results at the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to the court, the total amount of pre-paid state fees amounted to 1 million 428 thousand 817.21 somoni .
The Supreme Economic Court noted that payment of a state fee is a mandatory procedural requirement when filing a lawsuit and serves as a source of revenue for the state budget.
During the reporting period, economic courts considered 2,018 cases in courts of first, cassation, and supervisory instances.
