Amonatbank provided loans totaling 1.2 billion somoni to 27,800 clients in the first half of 2026. This was announced on July 17 by Alijon Salimzoda, Chairman of the State Unitary Enterprise Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan Amonatbank, at a press conference dedicated to the bank's performance for the first six months of this year.
According to the bank's head, the total volume of loans issued during the reporting period, including interbank loans, reached 1.2 billion somoni. Financing was received by 27,800 clients.


According to Alijon Salimzoda, Amonatbank's total loan portfolio exceeded 4 billion somoni. The bank has 85,000 active borrowers. Compared to the same period last year, the loan portfolio increased by 21.9%, and the number of borrowers increased by 3%.
The bank reported that loan funds are allocated to both individuals and businesses across various economic sectors. Financing is provided for the development of agriculture, entrepreneurship, industry, trade, construction, housing acquisition, and other sectors.


The bank emphasized that it places special emphasis on supporting agricultural producers. To promote the development of the agricultural sector and strengthen the country's food security, Amonatbank continues to implement its preferential loan program, "Farmer Support."
Additionally, as part of cooperation with international financial partners, 21 domestic companies received financing through credit lines from KazakhExport Joint Stock Company (Kazakhstan) and the China Development Bank. The total amount of allocated funds amounted to USD 39.5 million and CNY 5.9 million.
