On the night of July 14, Russia launched a massive missile and drone strike on Ukrainian territory. The attacks resulted in deaths and injuries in several regions, as well as widespread destruction of infrastructure, homes, and businesses.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, according to Ivan Fedorov, head of the regional military administration, an FPV drone attacked a civilian vehicle in the village of Tavricheskoe. The strike killed a woman and injured another person, a 60-year-old man.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian drone struck the locomotive of a freight train. According to the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, the train was stationary at the time of the impact, and the locomotive crew had been evacuated in advance, so no one was injured. The locomotive was damaged, and the overhead power line on one section of the railway was also knocked out.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, four districts of the region were hit.

A gas station, a private home, and cars were damaged in the Sinelnikovsky District. The head of the regional military administration, Alexander Ganzha, clarified the consequences of the previous strike in the area: two men, aged 55 and 73, were killed, and four others were injured.

In the Nikopol district, an agricultural enterprise, private homes, and an outbuilding were damaged. In the Kamensk district, an agricultural enterprise and infrastructure were damaged. In the Dniprovsky district, infrastructure was also damaged.

In the Odessa region, a Russian drone attack on a business damaged auto repair shops, an outbuilding, and a fuel tanker. Eleven trucks and one car were also damaged. The resulting fire was extinguished by rescuers.

At another plant, sunflower oil tanks caught fire. Officials say there are no injuries.

At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the target of the strike in the Odessa region was the port of Yuzhny, where, according to the Russian military department, a ship carrying military cargo was unloading at the time of the attack.

In the Chernihiv region, a Russian Geran-type drone attacked the town of Bakhmach. According to Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the regional military administration, three people were injured—women aged 55 and 57, and a 58-year-old man. Residential buildings were destroyed, and neighboring buildings and cars were damaged.

Strikes also struck the Zhytomyr region. According to Vitaliy Bunechko, head of the regional military administration, hits near residential areas damaged city infrastructure and a private utility building.

Authorities in Kyiv reported that Russian forces also launched ballistic missile strikes on the Ukrainian capital.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of July 14, Russia used eight Iskander-M and S-400 ballistic missiles, two Kh-59/69 guided air-to-air missiles, as well as 135 Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas attack drones, Banderol loitering munitions, and Parodiya drone imitators.

According to preliminary information from the Ukrainian military, air defense forces shot down five ballistic missiles, two guided air-to-air missiles, and 108 drones over the northern, southern, eastern, and central regions of the country.

One ballistic missile and 25 drone strikes were recorded at 17 different locations. Debris impacts were also recorded at ten additional locations. Information regarding the two ballistic missiles is being clarified.
