On July 3, a ceremony was held in Tajikistan to mark the founding day of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the agency's press service reported.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan, Police Colonel Ilhomiddin Sirojiddin Valizoda, Head of the State Automobile Inspectorate, Police Colonel Mirali Abdurahmonzoda, employees and veterans of the service.



Speaking at the event, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs noted the achievements of the State Automobile Inspectorate Department over the years of state independence.
He emphasized the important role of State Traffic Inspectorate officers in ensuring road safety and preventing offenses.
As noted, due to the increase in the number of vehicles, the responsibility of traffic police officers, who perform their official duties around the clock, has also increased significantly.
During the event, gratitude was also expressed to the leadership of the state and the government of Tajikistan for their support and the creation of modern conditions for the work of traffic inspectors.
Veterans of the service addressed the ceremony. They commended the high professionalism of the State Traffic Inspectorate staff and their contribution to preventing road accidents.
At the end of the event, a number of employees of the State Automobile Inspectorate and veterans of the service were awarded.
They were presented with medals, badges, letters of thanks, certificates of honor and commemorative gifts.
