The Information and Communication Technologies Development Forum was held in Dushanbe. Representatives of government agencies, international organizations, technology companies, telecom operators, and the expert community discussed the development of Tajikistan's digital economy and its prospects through 2030. Parviz Noriyon, First Deputy Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, participated in the forum. During the event, participants examined a wide range of issues related to the development of information and communications technologies. The focus was on infrastructure readiness for the era of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, the development of the digital environment, managing risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence, ensuring cybersecurity, and the development of local ecosystems and human capital.

In addition, forum participants were presented with the international analytical IDC White Paper "Tajikistan National ICT Development." It assesses the current state of the country's ICT industry and offers recommendations aimed at accelerating digital transformation and further developing the digital economy of the Republic of Tajikistan.
