On June 10, 2026, the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sherali Kabir, delivered a keynote speech at the C5+1 Dialogue on Critical Minerals, presenting the country's strategic potential for international investors and partners.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, in his speech, the minister presented the country's investment and industrial potential in the areas of green energy, rare earth metal mining, and artificial intelligence.


At the beginning of his speech, Sherali Kabir expressed gratitude to the Government of Kazakhstan for organizing the dialogue and wished the participants fruitful discussions. He noted that the event offers significant opportunities for establishing partnerships and developing the critical minerals industry.
The minister emphasized that critical minerals are becoming a key resource for the global economy and technological development. He stated that Tajikistan is ready to collaborate with leading international companies to organize the processing of rare earth metals.



"We are interested not only in extracting raw materials, but also in creating joint ventures, implementing new technologies, training specialists, and developing scientific cooperation," the minister noted.
Following the meeting, all parties confirmed their interest in developing multilateral cooperation and implementing joint industrial and infrastructure projects.
