Outreach activities continue at Dushanbe International Airport for citizens returning to their homeland, as well as for those traveling to various regions of the Russian Federation for work. These activities are being conducted by responsible Migration Service employees in accordance with the approved plan.
According to the Migration Service press center, during meetings and discussions with citizens, agency employees explain employment issues within the country, inform them about available positions, and provide information on vocational training opportunities. Particular attention is paid to education at educational institutions of the Ministry of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Population of Tajikistan, including the study of foreign languages.

Citizens are also provided with information on preparing for labor migration, measures to prevent youth from becoming involved in terrorist and extremist parties and movements, and the risks associated with kidnapping. Participants are also briefed on new provisions of Russian migration legislation.
The current migration situation in Russia is also discussed during the outreach efforts. Migration Service staff emphasize that citizens planning to work in the Russian Federation should be aware of new labor migration legislation, entry procedures, and the purpose of their stay.
Citizens are also informed about the procedure for preparing and submitting the necessary documents to the migration departments of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the timeframes for obtaining permits, and the rules for observing the established period of temporary stay for foreign citizens. Particular attention is paid to potential problems that Tajik citizens may encounter when seeking employment in Russia. According to the Migration Service, participants at the meetings are explained how to resolve such issues and are provided with answers to incoming inquiries.
Agency officials remind that failure to comply with the laws of the host country may result in the loss of a foreign citizen's legal status in the Russian Federation. In such cases, previously obtained documents related to employment are automatically revoked, and the citizen is included in the Register of Controlled Persons.
At the end of the meetings, participants were given information brochures from the Migration Service.
