Some of the equipment has already been delivered and installed in five maternity hospitals and 11 other medical facilities across the country. Particular attention is being given to neonatal intensive care equipment and oxygen supply systems, which play a vital role in protecting the health of mothers and children and reducing infant mortality.
Salomuddin Yusufi emphasized that US-Tajikistan cooperation in healthcare has been ongoing for many years and covers various areas.
