As part of the Tajik–China Digital Business Connect forum, the Director of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of Tajikistan held a series of bilateral meetings with representatives of leading Chinese tech companies and international digital platforms. This was reported by the press service of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of Tajikistan.
The aim of the meetings was to expand cooperation in the areas of digital transformation, innovation, and technological development.
In particular, talks were held with Yang Yong, Chairman of Guoxing Network Co., Ltd. and Director of the Silk Road Industrial Internet Promotion Center. During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the industrial internet, the implementation of 5G, artificial intelligence, and IoT technologies, the training of qualified personnel, and the implementation of joint pilot projects in Tajikistan as part of the Digital Silk Road initiative.


A meeting was also held with Bruce Cheng, General Manager of Global Partnerships at ByteDance (TikTok). The parties discussed the development of the innovation ecosystem, startup support, digital content, IT training, and the exchange of international experience in digital transformation.
Talks were also held with Said Xia, Executive Director of Huawei's Global Government Services Division. During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation in the areas of digital transformation of the public sector, digital infrastructure development, e-government solutions, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and IT specialist training were discussed.


At the conclusion of the forum, the agency director met with Tong Dan, President of Zhonghe Silk Road Digital Technology Co., Ltd. The parties discussed prospects for joint projects in Smart Cities, the digital economy, innovative technologies, digital infrastructure, and strengthening the technological partnership between Tajikistan and China as part of the Digital Silk Road initiative.
