On May 13, during his state visit to China, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon visited Zonsen, a major industrial company in Chongqing. This was reported by the presidential press service.
During his visit to the enterprise, the head of state was introduced to various types of light and heavy equipment, two- and three-wheeled motorcycles, sports bicycles, various types of engines, agricultural machinery, aviation equipment, and spare parts for various types of equipment.


Company representatives briefed Emomali Rahmon on the company's modern production lines, capacities, and capabilities, and outlined plans for cooperation with other countries.
As noted, Zonsen is considered one of the leading mechanical engineering enterprises in China, and its products are exported to dozens of countries around the world.


According to the company, the plant produces approximately 20 million different engines annually, 60% of which are exported.
During a tour of the enterprise's production potential, Emomali Rahmon, taking into account Tajikistan's capabilities, emphasized the importance of attracting Chinese investment and implementing modern technologies to develop domestic industry.




The parties also discussed the creation of joint ventures and the organization of industrial production in Tajikistan.
It was noted that the implementation of such initiatives is important for the development of the industrial sector, the creation of new jobs and the production of competitive products.
