February 14 at the Crowne Hotel Plaza Dushanbe hosted the large-scale forum "People. Ideas. Movement" (LIM), organized by MegaFon Tajikistan. The event brought together representatives of the business community, the HR community, team leaders, and managers.
"Investing in our employees and developing their professional and managerial competencies is a strategic priority for our company. I am confident that the experience we have accumulated over a long period of time—this year marks 25 years since MegaFon's launch in Tajikistan—proved useful to the forum participants. It allowed us to unite the professional community and identify key areas for the development of management practices in the country," noted Anatoly Izyumnikov , CEO of MegaFon Tajikistan.

The LID Forum focused on human capital management, HR brand development, corporate culture, and modern HR approaches. Particular attention was paid to the role of HR as a driver of business growth and the development of an employer value proposition (EVP). Throughout the day, participants explored the experiences of leading companies and HR experts in Tajikistan and Russia, learning about real-life cases and strategies from companies in Central Asia. Russia was represented by speakers such as Maxim Kuzmin (HappyJob), Roman Shekhovtsov (employer branding agency makelove), and Anna Shilnikova (iSpring).
"A strong HR brand today directly impacts business sustainability, market trust, and companies' ability to attract and retain talent. At the LID forum, we discussed a systematic approach to HR management and what HR does today as a strategic partner for businesses," says Anna Zhdanova , HR Director at MegaFon Tajikistan.

Participants gained valuable insights into practical tools for developing HR functions. They were also able to complete an HR brand checkup, analyze its impact on the company's future sustainability, and develop a step-by-step plan for further HR development.
The forum's international partners are HappyJob and iSpring, the official partner is Yora, and the strategic partner is Humo. Learn more about the first LID forum on the project's official website , lid.megafon.tj.
