The event took place on February 5 at Secondary School No. 12 in the district, with representatives from the Sughd Regional Department of Internal Affairs, the district education department, teachers, and high school students participating. The large-scale ceremony created a festive atmosphere that will be remembered by the students who received their passports for the first time.

During the meeting, officials explained passport regulations, document processing procedures, registration procedures, as well as instances of non-compliance with legal requirements and passport usage rules. Students were urged to handle their documents with care and use them legally in public relations. Other legal recommendations were also provided.
The leadership of the Spitamen District Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) and the district education department have developed a joint plan to ensure that graduates receive passports in a timely manner and are conducting ongoing outreach efforts. It has been noted that students' legal literacy regarding passport matters is improving, and they are showing timely interest in obtaining the document.
A similar event took place at Secondary School No. 49 in the Yova Bobojon rural jamoat of the Gafurov district. Before presenting the documents, representatives of the PRS explained the passport regulations and provided relevant recommendations. The speakers emphasized that obtaining a passport is the initial step toward full legal capacity, a symbol of maturity and citizenship.
In addition, at the initiative of the educational institution's management and the passport office of the regional police department in the rural jamoat of Yova, active and proactive students were awarded certificates of honor.
It is noted that the activities of the responsible employees of the PRS Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 1 for the Bobojon Gafurov District in organizing ceremonial events for the presentation of passports to schoolchildren and providing citizens with passports within the timeframes established by law are systematic and effective.
