To prevent wildlife and bird losses from the winter cold, biotechnical measures were carried out at the Vanj District State Forestry Agency. This was reported by the Forestry Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on January 18.

As part of the work carried out to provide food for wild animals and birds, feed was placed in designated wildlife crossing areas, as well as in bird habitats. During the biotechnical activities, a total of over 350 kilograms of wheat, 100 kilograms of dried plums, 200 kilograms of dried apples, and 200 kilograms of hay were placed and scattered.

It is noted that these measures are aimed at reducing the risk of death of wildlife and birds during the winter period and providing them with the necessary food resources in low temperature conditions.
