To prevent crimes committed with bladed weapons, Moscow police are conducting a preventative operation called "Operation Knife." Carrying bladed weapons, according to law enforcement, often leads to serious crimes.
During the investigation, officers from the Sino District Department of Internal Affairs (ODMVD-1) recorded a case of minor bodily harm caused by the use of a knife. According to the Dushanbe City Department of Internal Affairs, on January 15 of this year, 22-year-old Dushanbe resident Amina Aliyeva got into a conflict with Y. Muminov on Giprozem Street. During the argument, she stabbed him once with a knife she was carrying, causing minor bodily harm.
Thanks to the timely and prompt actions of police officers, this crime was prevented before serious consequences arose. A criminal case has been opened against Amina Aliyeva under Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. A preliminary investigation is currently underway.
