Since the beginning of 2025, the number of active users of the MegaFon Life app has grown by 14%. This translates to tens of thousands of new subscribers who manage their communications services, financial transactions, and everyday tasks in a single digital space every day.
Today, MegaFon Life is a fully-fledged ecosystem of digital services. Users can pay for services, make money transfers, order groceries and medications, and apply for home internet connections without the need to install additional apps.
In 2025, the MegaFon Life development team focused on improving the convenience and functionality of key applications. For example, the latest update expanded bank card management capabilities: Humo cardholders can now view statements and reset their PINs.
Significant changes have been made to payment services. The updated QR payment design is now more intuitive: users see the merchant's logo, cashback information, and an improved transaction history. For convenience, the receipt format in the payment history has also been redesigned—now easier to read and analyze.
Special attention has been paid to security and access recovery. Resetting your Wallet PIN has become more accessible—it can be restored using your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) or passport serial number, without a visit to an office or additional procedures.
The app continues to develop as a self-service service. MegaFon Life now features a redesigned, unified office section, which is displayed exactly where users need it. Furthermore, the app now lets you select, purchase, and arrange a phone number for pickup or delivery—all completely online.
To maintain contact even in emergency situations, MegaFon Life now offers the "Call Me" service—sending an SMS requesting a call back directly from the app. At the same time, call quality and stability have been improved, and a number of technical improvements have been made to enhance the overall reliability of the service.
Growing interest in the app is confirmed by download statistics. In 2025, the number of MegaFon Life installs on iOS increased by 22.3% compared to 2024, and on Android by 3.67%, indicating a steady audience expansion and user trust.
