The building, constructed using traditional national architectural styles, features a fully glazed exterior. It is connected to a heating network, and the interiors are equipped with an independent air conditioning system. The sidewalks around the building are paved with granite, the courtyard is completely paved, and a 2.5-by-8-meter monitor for broadcasting advertising videos is installed at the entrance.
Previously, the State Institution "Dushanbe Television" operated in a building constructed in the 1940s.
