The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe Rustami Emomali opened the new building of the State Institution “Dushanbe Television”.
The new building houses 80 spacious offices with all the necessary facilities for creative and technical staff. Dushanbe Television has four studios equipped with modern industry equipment. The largest are Studios 1 and 2, designed for recording concert programs, talk shows, and long-form programming. Both studios are equipped with four sets of studio equipment and three utility rooms, which can accommodate up to 50 viewers.

Studios three and four, built with two sets of studio equipment and eight workrooms, are designed for organizing and hosting various television programs. All four studios are equipped with modern equipment, including digital 4K recording equipment, allowing for live broadcasts of news, political analysis, talk shows, and other programs.
The institution has the necessary technical equipment, including a mobile studio consisting of three specialized vehicles. All work areas are equipped with modern instruments, equipment, and contemporary furniture.
The new building houses a central broadcast studio, a 184-seat conference hall, offices for management, a graphic designer, a programmer, an electronic and traditional library, a classroom for advanced training, a break room, and an archival information processing room, providing comfortable conditions for creative work.
The building, constructed using traditional national architectural styles, features a fully glazed exterior. It is connected to a heating network, and the interiors are equipped with an independent air conditioning system. The sidewalks around the building are paved with granite, the courtyard is completely paved, and a 2.5-by-8-meter monitor for broadcasting advertising videos is installed at the entrance.
Previously, the State Institution "Dushanbe Television" operated in a building constructed in the 1940s. The previous building was in disrepair, did not meet industry standards, and consisted of a movie theater with two small studios: one for news programs, the other for recording other programs. The limited space prevented the creative team from creating high-quality programs that met modern standards.
Thanks to the support of the country's Supreme Leadership, Dushanbe Television's broadcasting reach has expanded, and the channel is now available via satellite in Full HD quality in more than 40 countries worldwide.
During a tour of the new building, President Emomali Rahmon expressed confidence that Dushanbe Television's creative and technical staff, working in modern conditions and utilizing the latest technology, will provide viewers with the latest news, events, and engaging programming.
During a conversation with employees, Emomali Rahmon emphasized the need to adhere to social responsibility, honesty, serving the interests of society, professional and ethical standards, improving citizen education, and promoting peace and stability.
