SMS notifications indicate that if the 4 kW threshold is exceeded, power will be automatically shut off for 30 minutes. Residents are advised to turn off some appliances and wait until power is restored.

The agency emphasizes that the measure is temporary and aimed at the economical use of water resources during low water conditions.
