The Tajikistan U-17 national football team, led by head coach Marco Ragini, will play a series of friendly matches in preparation for the 2025 World Cup finals. The team is training in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
According to the Tajikistan Football Federation, the Tajik youth team will play against their counterparts from Zambia (October 22), New Caledonia (October 24), and Mexico (October 30). All of the Tajik team's opponents have also been selected to participate in the 2025 World Youth Championship.
The U-17 World Championship will be held in Qatar. The Tajik team will compete in Group I. Their opponents in this group will be the Czech Republic (November 5), the United States (November 8), and Burkina Faso (November 11).
The training camp in the UAE will allow the team to improve their playing skills, tactical preparation, and teamwork before the crucial World Cup matches.
