On October 15, in the presence of the city's mayor, Adham Mamurzoda, a service center was opened in the Ismoili Somoni cultural and leisure park, the city's press service reported .
To mark the center's opening, local entrepreneur and founder of Adl LLC, Mansur Umarov, organized a celebratory event for 159 students from the Istaravshan boarding school for orphans and children left without parental care. During the celebration, the children received winter clothing and enjoyed a festive meal.
In his speech, Adham Mamurzoda emphasized the importance of ongoing state support for orphans and children left without parental care. He noted that caring for these children is a government priority and expressed gratitude to businessman Mansur Umarov for his socially significant initiative. "This step exemplifies the implementation of state policy to support vulnerable groups," the mayor stated.
The press service noted that Adl LLC is one of the most successful enterprises in Istaravshan and this year won the national competition "Best Products and Services in the Republic of Tajikistan" in the nomination "Products for Industrial and Technical Purposes."
The event strengthened social support for orphans and children left without parental care, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between the state and the business sector in implementing social assistance programs.
