From October 1 to 10, 2025, Tajikistan completed 78 percent of its plan for the autumn conscription of young men into the National Army, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan reported . Nearly 30 cities and districts of the country reported the full completion of the conscription campaign.
As noted, the autumn conscription is carried out on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, dated August 29, 2025, No. 1071 "On the provision of leave for length of service to military personnel who have served the established term, and the next conscription of citizens born in 1998-2007 into the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan", as well as in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Duties and Military Service".
According to the Ministry of Defense, the first region to fully fulfill the conscription plan on the first day was the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO) .
Other regions with high levels of plan implementation include:

Khatlon region – 91% of the plan fulfilled;

Districts of republican subordination – 72%;

Dushanbe – 71%;

Sughd region – 64%.
In the first days of the autumn conscription, the districts of Rasht, Sangvor, Lakhsh, Nurobod and Tajikobod also fulfilled 100 percent of the planned indicators for sending young men of draft age to the army.
Good results were also demonstrated in the Khatlon region, where during the 10-day conscription campaign, young men from the districts of Vakhsh, Baljuvon, Khovaling, Norak, Yovon, Farkhor, Khuroson, Levakant, Bokhtar, Nosiri Khusrav, Dust, Shahritus and Jaykhun were sent to undergo compulsory military service.
In the Sughd region, 64 percent of the plan was fulfilled in the first 10 days of the autumn conscription, while in the Ayni district the plan was fully fulfilled ahead of schedule.
With a strong sense of civic responsibility, the capital's youth visit local military recruitment offices daily, expressing their readiness to serve the people and the Motherland in the National Army. As a result, the plan in Dushanbe has reached 71 percent fulfillment.
Overall, following the first 10 days of the autumn conscription, which took place from October 1 to 10, 2025, the plan was fulfilled nationwide at a rate of 78 percent, with approximately 30 cities and districts reporting full compliance with their planned targets.
